Hosting International Programmes

Since 1997, ERS has hosted a wide variety of group programmes for any number of weeks requested. Groups of all ages, and from various countries, come to ERS in Montreal to enhance their professional and/or personal skills, while benefiting from the unique cultural aspects that Montreal has to offer.

Montreal encourages participants to expand their horizons through work experience in targeted areas, international business exposure, language acquisition, or multi-cultural understanding.

Work Experience Internship Programmes

ERS offers internship or work placement programmes based on individual choice and organizational requirements. Placements are in such fields as I.T., business administration, customer service, media, hospitality, sports and recreation, property maintenance, dance, photography, photo development, youth work/group animation and social services.

Training

ERS coordinates and/or provides training in:

Computers/information technology
Languages
Communication skills
Mutual understanding and cultural awareness
Personal development

Any Programmes Designed According to Your Needs

Depending on the format of the programme chosen and the level of involvement and supervision your organization requires, ERS can provide all or part of the following:

Training in a variety of fields, such as personal development, languages and more
Organization of social and cultural outings
Facilitation of all transportation needs
Facilitation of accommodations (billeting families, apartments, hotels)
Orientation to Montreal
Establishment of bank account for group leaders
Computers, telephones and office space at ERS facilities for group leaders
Guidance and supervision for any level required
